Some questions for you to think about.
Why do you want to exercise? Why do you want to hire a trainer? Why can't you get in shape on your own?
If you're looking for a personal trainer that is passionate about fitness, enjoys helping people in this
capacity, possesses great customer service skills, has a great deal of experience in training and is
always learning ways to improve his fitness training service; then you've come to the right site.
I absolutely love what I do for a living! I could work in an office 9 to 5 like everyone else but this is so
much more meaningful to me. To me, being enthusiastic and energetic enough to push my clients through a
strenuous workout after they have spent all day in meetings is the ultimate challenge and I live for
challenge. When a client looks at me and says "Mike, I can't do a push up." and I say "Can't, is not in our
vocabulary" the excited expression on their face after they end up doing "15" repetitions is extremely
empowering. When a client begins our session with this comment "Mike, I just don't have it today, I'm
tired" and ends the session with "Mike, that was a great workout, thank you for pushing me" then I know I
have done my job! It's these little things that help separate me from the pack.
