ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING
I receive a lot of requests from people who either can't afford personal training or can hold themselves
accountable for training by themselves to create training programs without the one-on-one attention. If
you are in either category I've designed an affordable way for you to get started or continue in your
exercise endeavor. By using the exercise library listed on www.ptonthenet.com I can create programs
with instructions and pictures like the one below. If you haven't heard of ptonthenet.com, it's a great
educational resource for trainers all over the world. It's absolutely amazing! I've belonged to this
website for about five years give or take and use it almost everyday. The model I have pictured below is
actually a member of my Body Fit class named Yvonne.

STATIONARY LUNGE
Reps : 10 Sets : 3 Intensity : N/A
Tempo : N/A Rest : N/A
Preparation :
Stand in proper alignment with a barbell on your back.
Movement :
Draw your belly button inward toward your spine.
While maintaining total body alignment, step
forward descending slowly by bending at the hips,
knees and ankles.
Use your hip and thigh muscles to push yourself back up to the
start position.
10 reps on the right leg then 10 reps on the left leg.
