Welcome to my Women on Weights page! Women on Weights is a thirty minute circuit training class combining toning and shaping, core and strengthening exercises. In this class you will be introduced to single leg movements, free weights and core training. In addition to that we will also use any fixed machines available to us. This is a non-intimidating class that I have been conducting for over two years at a local corporate facility. This is more intense than the Curves approach but all of the exercises can be modified to fit your physical ability. The other great approach to my class is I can come to you! If you have an office fitness center or apartment fitness center and at least six women willing to participate then we can get started. How will you benefit from Women on Weights?
